Retail Back Office Administrator
Hours - Full Time
Join our growing, family-run shoe retail business as a Retail Back Office Administrator. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to support daily stock and office administration, with opportunities to get involved in shop floor sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage product data on the EPoS system.
- Assist with in-store customer service during busy periods.
- Process sales and manage stock deliveries.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and liaise with suppliers/accounts.
- Process and manage faulty returns credits with suppliers.
- Support online department operations.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, team player with a proactive attitude.
- Comfortable with basic IT and admin tasks.
Desired:
- Retail or fashion sales experience.
- Familiarity with EPoS systems and customer service excellence.

Pay: Up to £13.80 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
