We are looking for Residential Support Workers to work alongside our dedicated staff team, adhering to the Statement of Purpose. The home is a 3-bed Children’s Home, supporting children aged 6–13 years. We provide high standards of care for children with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, supporting their physical, psychological, emotional, and recreational development.

Our Ideal Candidate:
- 12 months experience in the care sector (preferably children’s residential)
- NVQ/QCF Level 3/4 in Children’s and Young People’s Workforce
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Experience with:
- Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Complex health needs, Challenging behaviour
- Communication difficulties, visual support systems
- In-depth knowledge of autism is a bonus
- Although experience and qualifications are desirable - we will consider candidates with transferable skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting
- Assist with daily living activities and implement individual care plans
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families
- Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively to enhance care delivery
- Drive children to appointments and activities as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,800.00 per year
