Role – Residential Support Worker
Location – Cowbridge - other locations available.
Salary - From £30537.00 per year, inclusive of sleep-in shifts at £50.00 per night

We have an opportunity for Residential Support Workers to join our team in our semi-rural children’s homes in the Cowbridge area, supporting Young People with Emotional & Behavioural Disorders.
We aim to provide a homely environment where Young People feel safe, supported, and nurtured so if you have a passion for working with Young People who have not had the easiest start in life, and are motivated and passionate enough to want to make a difference, then please get in touch with us.
To be a successful Residential Support Worker, you’ll need:
- Experience working in care is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A willing attitude and a caring and reliable nature.
- Compassion and empathy.
- Enthusiasm to promote independence and choice.
- A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and resilience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Due to the requirements of the role the minimum age requirement for the role is 22 years of age.
- Full UK manual driving license (essential).
