What sets this role apart
We are seeking a Residential and Parking Administrator to join our growing team and support the administrative and technical functions of these departments. Working in a busy and vibrant team you'll have a varied role where you’ll provide essential support to the residential and parking departments, while also assisting the Senior Residential Property and Asset Manager with day-to-day operations, including diary management and appointment scheduling.
This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in property and asset management, working closely with our in-house asset, property management and leasing team. It’s a chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment, develop your organisational skills, and build a rewarding career in property management with a leading privately owned company.
About you
- Previous experience in property administration or a similar role is desirable
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Hold a valid UK driving license
