Residential Administrator
40 hours / 52 weeks per year
Salary : £26,308.80
The Administrator will be a member of the Residential Team and work in a flexible and collaborative manner with the Shared Lives Scheme and Residential Team. The post-holder will be responsible for the administrative duties associated with the residential provision of the business including setting up and maintaining filing and recording systems for care plans, health and safety, buildings and maintenance documentation and all aspects of administration as required by the businesses customers and their associated quality assurance requirements.
In order to be successful in this role you will:
To provide administration duties for the residential team with day to day matters. This will include but is not limited to:
- To provide general administration the Residential Management Team, and assist them and the Senior Administrator with special projects and with day to day matters.
- The typing of reports and action points from meetings and ensure they are sent out to relevant parties.
- The inputting of information into databridge our bespoke system for data handling. Assisting with the distribution of information for students and staff and ensuring adequate information available to all parties.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks including filing, minute taking, report typing, etc as needed.
- To manage the petty cash and collation of receipts.
The post is subject to satisfactory references, an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check for both adults and children, medical check, evidence of qualifications plus verification of the right to work in the UK.
