Dog Walker Needed for JUST ONE DOG.
Looking for an amazing and regular dog walker in the Westminster / Victoria neighbourhood for just one lovely, amazing, adorable but STUBBORN dog.
Previous experience working with and owning dogs is essential, patience is key and knowledge about dogs is a must.
Walks takes place every day, rain or shine, from Monday through Friday from 13:30 - 14:40 and from 17:30 - 18:30, and Thursday and Friday from 09:15 - 10:15.
Please have a primary income, as we do not hire full time walkers.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dog Walker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and possess excellent customer service skills. As a Dog Walker, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of dogs during their walks, providing companionship, and maintaining a safe environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
Duties
- Walk dogs in various weather conditions, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and stimulation.
- Monitor the behaviour and health of each dog during walks, reporting any concerns to the owner.
- Maintain control of the dogs at all times to ensure their safety and that of others.
- Provide basic care such as feeding, administering medication if required, and cleaning up after the dogs.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their dog's behaviour and needs.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, such as carrying dog supplies or assisting with larger breeds.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s standards in customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in animal care or veterinary settings is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills are crucial for interacting with pet owners and addressing their needs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required when managing larger dogs or carrying supplies.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential for success in this role.
