Job Overview:
The role centres around creating new business opportunities for our busy logistics business. Relationship building and creating meeting opportunities with prospective clients is your key focus. You will be responsible for generating leads by identifying local and national commercial opportunities in the multi-carrier, same day and fulfilment market. A proactive approach will be required through various methods including outbound calls, emails and marketing campaigns, LinkedIn and social media. You will engage with non-trading clients and be confident in overcoming objections. You will support the commercial team with opportunities as required. Once signed you will support with handing over clients to operations team and support with the fulfilment on boarding checklist requirements as guided by the client experience.

- Following the client experience for all services for each client

- Trial and evaluate new marketing and sales methodology for the business.
- Ensure diamond standards are met adhering to all company policies.

- New sales generated each month.

- Number of cold calls completed and subsequent appointments booked.
