We are looking for a detail-driven QESH (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) Compliance Administrator to help us maintain the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly — from supporting audits and compliance checks, to creating newsletters, posters, and reports that help promote a strong safety and quality culture across our business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Keeping our QESH records, documents, and compliance databases up to date
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Recording incidents, non-conformities, and corrective action
- Preparing QA documentation and client-ready reports
- Helping deliver training, toolbox talks, and communications
- Creating newsletters, posters, and updates that engage our teams
- Contributing to projects that improve how we work
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in administration (NVQ Level 2 or similar an advantage)
- Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
- Background in QESH, compliance, or assurance (desirable, not essential)
- Great communication skills — written and verbal

Pay:
£23,500 – £26,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
