Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organised Property Assistant to support the management of several residential letting units. This is a flexible role that involves liaising with tenants, arranging repairs, advertising properties, and assisting with check-ins and check-outs.

Duties
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Utilise data mining techniques to identify trends and discrepancies in inventory levels.
- Perform root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Manage category management processes to optimise stock levels and product availability.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Operate forklifts safely for materials handling and stocking purposes.
- Analyse data using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SQL to generate actionable insights.
- Maintain accurate records within warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate shipping and receiving operations.
- Support merchandising efforts by ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed appropriately.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics roles is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and vendors effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis skills, including experience with AS400 or similar systems.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and materials handling practices.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during stocking activities.
- Experience with third-party logistics (3PL) operations is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of retail management principles is beneficial but not mandatory.
