An opportunity has arisen within a small family run lettings/property management company for someone to carry out accounts/property management/agent roles
Key responsibilities include:-
Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors for maintenance enquiries
Booking and carrying out, property viewings, inspections, inventories, check in, check outs.
Assisting in the preparation of contracts for new tenancies
Client account knowledge including taking and processing of monies / Payments to landlords and contractor, credit control/rent arrears chasing and account reconciliation.
Providing information and answering questions/queries and requests from clients and the team
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
The ideal candidate would have:-
Experience in a similar role or within the lettings industry
Knowledge of Jupix or similar lettings software (preferable, but training will be given)
Computer literate
Valid driving licence and own transport essential
Good organisational skills
Good Customer service
Previous Accounts experience is preferable, but training will be given.
