The Role:
This newly established role has been created to support the Irish business with its payroll reporting obligations. The primary focus will be on collating and reviewing the benefits provided to colleagues in Ireland. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for working with our outsourced payroll provided to ensure they receive the relevant information in a timely manner.

- Permanent, Full-time
- 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday
- Salary up to £28,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:

Enhanced Reporting Requirements
- Reviewing expense claims for items which need reporting by our outsourced payroll provider
- Analyse expenses into relevant reporting buckets to ensure compliance
- Submit ERR forms to Mazars weekly for all Irish entities to ensure prompt payment

Regular Review of all benefits provided to Colleagues in Ireland
- Sending information requests to BDDs in Ireland on a quarterly basis and review responses for any reportable benefits
Any other task, consistent with the position of Irish Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, as required by the Head of Payroll.
Please note – no prior experience or Irish-specific knowledge is expected as full training and support will be provided to the successful individual.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

- Attention to detail in all aspects of role – consistently produces work to the highest standard.
