Job Description: As the Partnership Networks Coordinator you will set up and run a new network that helps other organisations put on inclusive social events for adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults. You will create the tools, training, and support they need to do this well, make sure events are safe and high-quality, and develop ways for the network to grow and fund itself to support sustainability.
Main Responsibilities
Framework & Accreditation Development: Co-create a replicable and adaptable Partnership Network Framework to support event delivery models; Design quality assurance processes and standards for inclusive event delivery; Develop toolkits, templates, event resources, and guidance packs and to support new partner onboarding; Create and manage a Kitemark Accreditation Scheme to ensure quality and consistency; Gather feedback from existing and potential partners to shape the framework.
Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing partners; Engage, recruit and onboard new partners through outreach and consultation; Facilitate training and coaching sessions for partner staff and volunteers; Provide tailored, ongoing support and regular check-ins to support partner success and ensure quality assurance.
Income Generation & Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a pricing model for partners to access the network, training, and accreditation; Promote the network as a service that offers value for partners and contributes to their social impact; Track and report on revenue targets related to the Partnership Network; Work with the board of directors to explore licensing or subscription models for long-term sustainability; Support bids, presentations, and pitches to potential new partners or funders; Understand the wider Spring into Action offering in order to identify other income generation opportunities outside of the partnership network.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Maintain records of partnership growth, engagement levels, and event impact; Use CRM tools and tracking sheets to capture partner and beneficiary outcomes; Contribute to internal reports, grant evaluations, and board-level updates; Monitor and evaluate partner delivery against agreed KPIs; Collect and analyse grant reporting data from partners, including attendance, feedback, and outcomes; Use CRM and other impact tracking tools to log key metrics and learnings; Contribute to reports and case studies for internal and external use.
Community Engagement & Promotion: Represent Spring into Action in relevant sector events, forums, and meetings to promote the network; Act as a champion for inclusive event models and relationship support for people with learning disabilities; Build a community of practice among partners to share learning and best practice; Collaborate with internal teams to align project aims.
Sustainability: Identify opportunities for expansion, improvement, and sustainability of the network; Work with senior management team to contribute to strateguies based on knowledge of the partnership network needs to ensure a sustainable program; Identify potential opportunities for corporate engagement and income generation.
General Duties: To represent the organisation positively at all times; be aware of project targets and the wider strategic objectives of the organisation and assist in working towards these; understand and adhere to all policies and procedures; maintain personal and professional development at all times; undertake appropriate training as required; undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.
