MiQ is looking for a Global Strategy & Partnerships Manager to join our Product Strategy & Partnerships team. This is a new role were you will be responsible for managing inventory quality, driving forward enhancements in MiQ’s brand safety and suitability strategy in a rapidly evolving ecosystem, and upholding the highest standards, to ensure a best-in-class offering for our clients.
Reporting into the Global Strategy & Partnerships Director, Platforms, the successful candidate will work in a cross-functional role, collaborating with teams including product development, supply management, trading, and client strategy, as well as external platform & supply partners, to define strategic priorities, execute on this strategy, and build key partnerships that strengthen our competitive edge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain relationships across key existing partnerships in MiQ’s marketplace ecosystem - e.g. brand safety providers such as IAS and curation & supply partners such as OpenX & Index Exchange
- Identify, negotiate & implement new partnerships in the emerging brand safety and inventory quality space - especially those taking advantage of cutting edge tech such as GenAI - to help enhance and expand MiQ's capabilities globally
- Stay close to the latest industry trends to inform strategy responses to programmatic landscape changes & identify unique partnership opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Monitor and report on inventory quality and cost tracking for key data partners to ensure successful execution and attainment marketplace quality targets and goals
- Collaborate with Product Leads to develop and execute a cohesive global strategy for MiQ marketplace quality - requesting feature/access improvements to integrate preferred partners into MiQ’s platform technology and product toolkit across data management, pre-campaign, optimization and insights & reporting capabilities
- Partner closely with regional Trading teams to implement and continually evolve global best practices, diving into the data to make recommendations and turning risk management into a strategic trading lever
- Evangelise and support the adoption of global marketplace quality partnerships in collaboration with local trading, product, and commercial teams - tailoring to local nuances where needed
KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 2-4 years of experience in the AdTech industry with a proven track record of establishing successful partnerships with ad tech providers and/or data owners
- Familiarity with DSP and SSP technologies, such as The Trade Desk, OpenX, Index Exchange, a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, and knowledge of the anti-fraud and brand safety offerings of major AdTech vendors
- Proven success in project management, including leading, organizing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
- Trading, analysis or product management experience preferred
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams in a complex corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders and achieve outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve problems in partnership with business leaders
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to completion, with guidance as needed
