Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Partnerships Administrator to support our Partnerships Manager/Head of Operations and Sustainability in delivering high impact fundraising campaigns, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and executing successful events along with various operational administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is looking to build or continue a career in the charity, events or partnerships sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the Partnerships Manager/Operations team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, contact lists and documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Fundraising Support:
- Assist with the preparation of fundraising proposals, reports and presentations.
- Support relationship management activities such as sending thank you letters, emails and updates.
- Help track income and donations in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
Events Coordination:
- Assist with the planning and delivery of fundraising and partnership events.
- Coordinate guest lists, invitations, RSVPs and logistics.
- Liaise with suppliers, venues, and volunteers as needed.
- Support on-the-day event delivery when required.
Communication & Research:
- Conduct research to identify potential partners, funders or sponsors.
- Draft correspondence and simple marketing materials (e.g. event invites, follow-up emails).
- Support monitoring and reporting on campaign/event outcomes.
Person Specification:
Essential:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a fundraising, events, or partnerships environment.
- Experience using CRM systems or databases.
- Understanding of (or interest in) the charity or non-profit sector.
- Comfortable working independently.
