*Overview* We are seeking a professional and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at a prestigious hotel in the heart of the city. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional guest services. *Duties* - Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department - Assist with reservations and room bookings - Maintain a tidy and organised reception area *Experience* - Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment is desirable - Excellent phone etiquette skills - Ability to speak multiple languages is advantageous - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services
