Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Night Receptionist to represent our agency at various client Hotels. You will be the first point of contact during overnight hours, ensuring security, efficiency, and exceptional service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests, clients, or residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Monitor access to the building or site and ensure security protocols are followed
- Handle check-ins/check-outs or visitor logs as required by the client
- Answer phone calls and manage basic inquiries or emergencies
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, logging reports, or responding to emails
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk or reception area
- Report any unusual activity, incidents, or maintenance needs
- Ensure smooth handover to day staff at shift end
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role (Opera PMS/Cloud)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain alert, composed, and efficient during quiet overnight hours
- Basic IT/computer skills (email, booking systems, MS Office, etc.)
- Trustworthy, punctual, and well-presented
- Flexibility to work various night shifts and travel to different sites if needed
- [Optional] DBS check or background screening depending on client requirements
