Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Scheduling appointments and managing workloads.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, dealing with any inquires.
- Provide quotations for customers.
- Arrange customer installations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a receptionist or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.
Knowledge of windows would be beneficial, but Full training will be given to the right applicant .
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.21-£12.22 per hour
Expected hours: 36.5 per week
