We are a Christian charity seeking a skilled and enthusiastic administrator to join our Team. You will provide comprehensive and proactive administrative support to colleagues across the team with a particular focus on events, supporting clients, maintaining the database and central office services.
This is an exciting and varied role that has primary responsibility for:
- arranging events including advertising
- booking venues
- ensuring catering requirements are fulfilled
- managing part of the Diocesan website
- maintaining the Diocesan database system
- producing reports
- planning and recording schedules of work
- supporting with the smooth day to day running of the Diocesan office
We are seeking someone with experience of working in an office environment with a keen interest for events management. You will be comfortable working across diverse areas of responsibilities and have superb customer service skills.
The role is full time (35 hours per week). We offer 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holiday days per annum. Additional benefit of Employer contribution of 10% of basic annual salary into our pension scheme.
