Role Overview
We’re seeking a Paid Ads Specialist to elevate our paid social advertising, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This role will be pivotal in driving performance-driven campaigns that boost artist visibility, engagement, and growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and optimise Meta Ads campaigns, crafting high-performing strategies for awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research and fine-tune targeting to reach music fans, industry professionals, and potential collaborators.
- Design and test creative assets copy, images, carousels, and videos that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Analyse performance data, present insights, and pivot strategies based on campaign results.
- Coordinate with our PR, social media, and creative teams to align paid ads with broader marketing initiatives.
- Bonus: If experienced with TikTok Ads and TikTok influencer campaigns, you’ll bring added value to cross-platform initiatives.
Requirements
- Experienced in managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within music, entertainment, or creative sectors.
- Skilled at interpreting data KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS and ready to optimise campaigns for performance.
- A creative thinker comfortable with digital trends and storytelling in the social media realm.
- Collaborative, communicative, and adaptable—thriving in a fast-paced, artist-focused agency environment.
- Strong Plus: Proven track record with TikTok Ads (e.g., Collection, Spark Ads) and managing TikTok influencer activations.
