We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist and or brow specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a flair for beauty, ensuring that clients leave feeling confident and satisfied with their eyelash extensions. As an Eyelash Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service while adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
you will receive additional training from myself who has 8+ years experience, learning my expert techniques tips and tricks at no additional charge.
Duties
- Perform eyelash extension and brow applications, ensuring precision and quality in every treatment.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles, lengths and colour.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any client concerns or questions with professionalism.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eyelash extensions and makeup application techniques.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist and brow specialist or in a similar beauty role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in makeup application techniques is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- A valid beauty therapy qualification or certification relevant to eyelash extensions is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
