Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Responsible for maximizing revenue through the strategic use of programmatic advertising best practices and technologies for Samsung TV Plus in the region. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize ad placements, improve campaign performance, demand delivery and drive revenue growth.
This role will be a mix of technical, commercial and strategic initiatives to warranty the health of the advertising product stack to meet the programmatic revenue goals, ad delivery, ad quality and compliance standards.
Working with the operational, analytics and product team as well as the technology partners to ensure the seamless delivery and optimization of advertising campaigns, analyze campaign performance data, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Collaborate closely with the Product and Supply operations team to ensure hygiene on the platform and seamless connections.
Programmatic demand onboarding and delivery management (40%)
  • Own the operational and technical health of the video technical ad stack
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to ad serving, tracking, and performance in a timely manner.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the most strategic integrations and demand partnerships
Revenue & relationship management (40%)
  • Work with TV Plus commercial leadership to implement strategies to optimise programmatic advertising revenue delivery of key accounts in the region
  • Collaborate with internal teams (ad ops, engineering, product) to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimisation of programmatic partnerships.
Reporting & quality assurance (20%)
  • Generate and analyze reports on ad performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure that ads are displayed correctly, adhere to Samsung Ads guidelines, and meet industry standards.
  • Ensure ad campaigns comply with industry regulations, privacy policies, and advertising standards
What we need for this role
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
  • Experience in programmatic ad operations or revenue management
  • Knowledge of video and Connected TV ad servers
  • Programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs)
  • Specific CTV experience will be preferable.
  • Data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel)
  • Ad trafficking and campaign management processes
  • Knowledge of ad formats and industry standards (e.g., IAB guidelines)
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Adaptability to navigate through changing ad tech landscapes
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
What does success look like?
Given that this role is based within the EU sales team, reporting into the Head of TV Plus, EMEA , success will be based on the programmatic revenue delivery and demand optimizations.
Managing successfully the demand sources and optimizing yield while aligning with internal stakeholders and owning the technical onboarding of new programmatic demand partners.
