Orderwise Implementation & Systems Coordinator

Are you passionate about systems, process improvement, and helping teams work smarter? We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Orderwise Implementation & Systems Coordinator to support the rollout and optimisation of our Orderwise ERP system across a growing group of businesses.
Following several acquisitions, we’re integrating new operations into our existing Orderwise platform. This role is key to ensuring a smooth transition, while also improving warehouse processes and championing the effective use of Orderwise across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into our centralised Orderwise system
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to streamline and optimise warehouse processes using Orderwise WMS tools
- Champion user adoption and provide training and support to warehouse and office teams
- Work with the Head of Digital to drive continuous improvements to Orderwise functionality and performance
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and fully synced across all sales and ordering platforms (eCommerce, B2B portals, etc.)
- Run and distribute regular reports on stock levels, order performance, and process efficiency
- Liaise with Orderwise support for configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement projects
- Maintain clear documentation of workflows, training guides, and platform changes
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems – ideally Orderwise, but not essential
- Background in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce operations
- Strong attention to detail and passion for clean, structured product data
- Comfortable with technology and confident in training others
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and eager to improve processes
- Familiarity with reporting tools or exporting/managing data in Excel/CSV
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teams
