The Role:
As an Administrator at Ace Double Glazing, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organised, supporting our managers, and ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. If you’re someone who thrives on structure, enjoys interacting with people, and likes variety in your day-to-day tasks, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and in-person, providing excellent service.
- Preparing accurate quotes and following up as needed.
- Managing appointments and coordinating managers’ diaries.
- Supporting office operations and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Handling other administrative tasks as required to keep the business running efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative, office, or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
