We are looking to recruit highly motivated individual to join our Gastro team on Ward 15 at North Tyneside General Hospital as a Nursing Assistant.
They will provide a high standard and safe care to all the patients suffering from medical gastroenterology illnesses.

Undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties in hospital, community, and other settings.
Record patient observations and changes to patient clinical conditions
Carry out limited clinical care duties.
Candidate must demonstrate a compassion and caring towards their patients and able to deliver high standard of care. One must possess a good communication and organisational skills
Must be willing to work flexible hours to meet the service needs of our patients which includes, weekends and night shifts

To assist the qualified nursing staff in the delivery of high quality direct and indirect patient care.
To provide assistance and support to patients, carers and the multi disciplinary team.

To work under the supervision of a qualified nurse and assist in the implementation of both direct and non-direct patient care.
