Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Answer phone calls promptly and handle inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including filing and data entry.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred, particularly within the hospitality sector.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are an advantage to cater to our diverse clientele.
- Strong phone etiquette is essential for managing calls professionally.
- A background in guest services is beneficial for understanding customer needs and expectations.
