Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for customer service and supply chain coordination? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator – Expediting to join our team in Brighton. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end expediting process to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining exceptional service standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to packing list delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve any issues
- Track shipments and maintain up-to-date order status
- Communicate proactively with customers about order progress and delivery timelines
- Analyse delays and backorders to identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and purchase order processing
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in customer service – logistics experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Able to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with different teams
- Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics tracking tools is desirable
