Celebrating Shakespeare is at the heart of everything we do.

We are recruiting a Livestock and Landscape Administrator to work at Mary Arden’s Farm in Wilmcote near Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a part-time, permanent position working 7 hours per week, 364 hours per annum, working between 8.00am and 4.00pm Tuesday to Thursday. We will consider the exact working days and hours with the successful candidate.

The farm is organic, using traditional methods of farming and receives funding from the Higher-Level Stewardship Scheme.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, friendly and happy to work on their own initiative. You will provide administration support to the Assistant Estates, Livestock and Landscape Manager, organising and maintaining all records relating to the running of the farm in compliance with industry and scheme/agreement standards.

You will ensure that Trust ordering, invoicing, personal/time management systems and contracting processes are reliably complied. You will also ensure online and paper file management will be relevant, accurate and adequately reflect livestock and landscape related activities.

The closing date for applications is Wednesday 20 August 2025, and interviews will take place on Tuesday 2 September 2025, in person at Mary Arden’s Farm.

We will send you a confirmation email once you have sent your online application, where you will be able to complete your profile.
