As a Lead Generator, you’ll be the first touchpoint for potential clients—qualifying leads, sparking interest, and helping drive business growth in a dynamic financial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls & respond to inbound inquiries
• Engage potential clients to understand their needs
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales/advisory teams
• Update CRM records and meet achievable KPIs
• Earn uncapped commission for hitting targets

• Confident, clear communicator
• Comfortable on the phone and handling objections
• Ambitious, resilient, and positive
• Previous sales or lead gen experience is a bonus—but not required
• Hungry to learn and succeed
