This role is perfect for applicants with no job experience; we focus our training on building transferable skills such as time management & organisation, effective team working, attention to detail, soft skills, and, importantly, building confidence in their abilities and worth.
Applicants for this entry-level position will work in a team of two to three of their peers as a Porter and FOH Trainee. Shift lengths are dependent on the applicant's school-leaving age but are approx. 3-6 hours on Saturdays during the school year and additional weekday shifts up to 8hrs during school holidays. Scheduled finish times are estimated (+-45 minutes), and flexibility is required. Those who don't drive will text/call for a lift about 20-30 mins before their finish. Responsibilities:
- washing dishes, pots and pans
- washing and polishing glasses and cutlery
- Management of recycling and waste
- End of service Cleaning.
