Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines to prevent contamination and ensure high-quality standards.
- Support chefs during service by preparing plates and assisting with serving when necessary.
- Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
- Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared according to specifications.
Skills
- Proficient cooking skills with a solid understanding of meal preparation techniques.
- Strong knife skills for efficient food preparation.
- Experience in food service or handling within a restaurant or catering environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
