About the role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Data and Analytics team. This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that drive real business value.
You’ll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. From documenting requirements to supporting solution validation, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Documentation: Assist in creating clear and concise project documentation, including requirements and process flows.
- Stakeholder Communication: Help facilitate communication between business users, developers, and other teams to ensure alignment.
- Solution Validation: Support testing activities and help verify that solutions meet business expectations, with guidance from senior team members.
- Data Analysis: Use tools like Excel, SQL, or Python to analyze data sets and create visualizations that support decision-making.
- Project Coordination: Help coordinate meetings, track project tasks, and follow up on action items with support from the team.
- Process Improvement: Observe current workflows and contribute ideas for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Familiarity with business analysis techniques and tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus.
