Role Overview:
As a Junior Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers. You’ll be supporting brand awareness, handling customer queries, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. This is an ideal role for someone who is people-focused, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in-person to answer questions and promote client products/services
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional customer service
- Gather feedback and report customer insights to the wider team
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and data collection
- Help maintain a positive brand image in all interactions
- Work closely with team members and managers to ensure campaign success
