Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this entry-level role, you’ll be the first point of contact between our clients and their customers, representing brands confidently and professionally. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers face-to-face at promotional events, residential campaigns, or pop-up stands
- Deliver excellent service and provide clear, accurate product information
- Handle basic enquiries, resolve issues, and escalate where needed
- Support team leaders with campaign setup and customer feedback collection
- Work to achieve daily and weekly engagement goals
- Maintain a professional and approachable manner at all times
- Participate in training and development sessions to improve skills
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Ability to work in fast-paced, people-focused environments
- No previous experience necessary – full training provided
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
