Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, providing excellent service while supporting our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and campaigns.
- Resolve client queries efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the marketing team with campaign-related customer communications.
- Maintain and update customer records and report feedback to the team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and process improvement.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of marketing and brand promotion is an advantage.
- Previous customer service or call centre experience is desirable but not essential.
