We are seeking an exceptional, forward-thinking Senior Resource and Capacity Planning Manager to lead our Residential and SoHo (Small Office/Home Office) field planning function.

You’ll operate as a senior leader, driving collaboration across Field Support, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, and Strategy functions. By integrating intelligent planning systems, design thinking principles, and advanced performance analytics, you will redefine the standards of operational excellence across Virgin Media O2.

This is a pivotal opportunity to drive AI-powered planning, reimagine legacy processes, and influence operational performance at scale. The successful candidate will bring strategic foresight, thought leadership, and innovation to transform how we plan and deploy our in-house and partner field resources.
