Role Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Junior Call Centre Coordinator to support our call centre operations. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in customer communications, sales support, and campaign coordination within a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day call centre activities to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist in managing schedules, call lists, and team tasks.
