Are you an excellent team player looking for a new experience? The Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Integrated Team are looking Integrated Administrator's to join our team.
This role will require regular working in the Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Hubs between the hours of 8am to 6pm, 5 days per week. The hub also provides twilight cover on Tuesdays (until 10PM) and every other Saturday currently (8-4PM) to the hub, which is done on a rota basis between the team. You will be based at Bridgwater Community Hospital and Peter Holmes Annex, War Memorial Hospital and there will be an expectation for you to travel to any of our locations within the Bridgwater and North Sedgemoor Neighbourhood Service as required on occasion, e.g. Cheddar Medical Centre, Glanville House & The Mulberry Centre. Candidates will need to have access to their own transport due to site locations
Main duties, tasks & skills required
You will provide effective and varied administrative support to our Neighbourhood colleagues and support the overall smooth running of the team. You will work in our Single Point of Access Hub taking calls and handling emails from external stakeholders and support our internal colleagues with administrative tasks. This is a fast-paced team that deal with a wide variety of tasks, meaning no 2 days will be the same.

Qualifications
Essential
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence).
Desirable
RSA Stage III word processing/typing or equivalent/NVQ 3 business and administration or working towards within agreed time scale.
Experience
Essential
Knowledge of information technology packages including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Experience of using electronic systems e.g. Rio, Integra, E-roster
Experience of setting up and maintaining office systems
Appropriate and significant amount of administrative experience
Proven teamwork experience
Desirable
Previous NHS experience.
