Join Our Team – Where Passion Meets Purpose!

Are you the go-to person for advice, always happy to share your knowledge and help others grow? Do you love the idea of making a real impact in a supportive, tight-knit team that thrives on camaraderie, creativity, and lifting each other up?

We’re on the lookout for someone with insurance expertise and a passion for developing people. You don’t need prior training experience—we’ll equip you with all the coaching and teaching skills you need to succeed.

If you’re driven, enthusiastic, and excited to help our learners reach their full potential, we’d love to have you on board!

About Us – No Fluff, Just Impact

We’re not your typical training provider—we’re a team that’s all about making a real difference in the insurance world. Our motto? “Put learners first, do what’s right, and success will follow”. No pointless bureaucracy, no tick-box nonsense—just meaningful work that drives real results.

We don’t hire based on perfection; we hire attitude over experience because we believe skills can always be developed. So if you’re ambitious, eager to grow, and want to make an impact, you’ll fit right in.

Oh, and did we mention? We’ve got an Outstanding grade from Ofsted (and trust us, it wasn’t easy!). We work hard, but we celebrate even harder—with team events, great vibes, and plenty of laughs along the way.

We have a very curious story about how came about as a business? It’s a good one—but you’ll have to apply to hear it!

About You - The kind of person who thrives here

You’re not just looking for a job—you want to make an impact, build a fulfilling career. You love seeing people grow, gain confidence and you get a real buzz from knowing you played a part in that journey.

You’ve got at least two years of experience in the insurance industry, and while you might not have formal training experience, you’ve always been the one people turn to.

You’re a problem-solver, a planner, and someone who gets things done. You don’t just follow the rulebook—you look for ways to make things better.

You thrive in an environment where things move fast and where what you do actually matters.

Got an insurance qualification or a teaching/training cert? Great! If not, no worries—we believe in developing talent, and we’ll help you grow into this role.

Most importantly, you’re looking for a team that has your back, values your input, and knows how to have fun along the way. Sound like you?

Job Responsibilities – Where You’ll Make a Real Impact

We believe in doing work that matters, so here’s how you’ll be making a difference:

1. Inspire & Teach – Most of your week will be spent delivering engaging training sessions to our learners—mostly virtual, with the occasional in-person session.

2. Support & Assess –Following training your time will be spent helping learners build their workplace competency portfolios, marking assignments, and providing assessments.

3. Plan & Organise – You’ll create training plans and schedules to keep everything running smoothly.

4. Get Creative – From time to time, you’ll design new courses, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to learning.

5. Yes, There’s Admin– You’ll update learning logs, track learner progress, and handle some compliance tasks. But don’t worry—we’re constantly automating processes so you can focus on what truly matters.

6. Progress Review "It’s like parents’ evening" – Once a quarter, you’ll meet 1-2-1 with learners and their managers to check progress and keep everyone aligned.

7. Meetings – Yes, we do have meetings ( very few). But we keep them productive, engaging, and AI-powered, so you only need to bring your ideas and insights!

8. Keep Learning & Growing – You’ll stay ahead of the curve with ongoing personal and professional development (because we practice what we preach).

9. Deliver a Standout Learning Experience – You’ll ensure every learner gets the highest quality training in line with our standards and industry expectations.

10. Build Lasting Relationships – You’ll engage confidently with learners, managers, and clients, helping them see the value of what we do.

We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all backgrounds and all sections of the community.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
