As a fast growing digital training provider, we work with learners, employers, and industry leaders to deliver cutting edge bootcamps and apprenticeship programmes. With demand rapidly increasing, we’re now looking for a dedicated and detail driven Compliance and Enrolment Apprentice to join our high performing Funding & Compliance team.
The Role…
As our Compliance and Enrolment Apprentice, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our learners and employers have a smooth, supportive onboarding experience. - Ensure compliance by completing apprenticeship paperwork checks, uploading documents, and flagging any missing information.
- Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure smooth handovers and accurate records.
- Follow up with employers to obtain and verify Health & Safety and insurance documentation.
- Gather and review feedback to support continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
What you’ll learn…
As part of your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, you’ll gain real world experience in:
- Digital systems and CRM tools
- Government-funded education and ILR processes
- Time and workload management in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder communication and problem solving
- Data accuracy, document handling, and reporting
What we’re looking for…
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Persistence when following up tasks and gathering information
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and general IT systems
- A professional communicator – comfortable on video calls and emails
- A team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
Why Join Us?
At Althaus Digital, we don’t just train others, we invest in our own people too. You’ll be part of a supportive team who value ownership, innovation, and potential.
