About the Role:
NextStep Training is recruiting on behalf of a nursery based in Tottenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable industry experience while completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Communicating regularly with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to support daily operations.
- Handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Must be knowledgeable in safeguarding policies.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Managing office supplies and maintaining a well organised workspace.
- Assisting with invoice processing, purchase orders, and record keeping.
- Supporting the team with various administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Interest in business administration and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working in a nursery setting is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under supervision.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
