Information & Referral Coordinator
Hours: 25 hours per week

Whether it’s via telephone, email, postal correspondence, web interactions, or face-to-face, they respond positively and professionally to a diverse range of inquiries. We are deeply committed to providing tailored and personalised responses to every contact we receive. Our goal is to ensure that our Advocacy and related services are delivered efficiently and effectively so that we remain everyone’s first choice as a provider of quality tailored services. The work of the Information and Referrals Coordinator involves collaborating directly with social care and health professionals, as well as individuals with diverse needs such as learning disabilities, physical impairments, sensory challenges, acquired brain injuries, older adults, and those with mental health requirements. Throughout their interactions, they maintain a positive and professional image of both the worker and our organisation. The Information and Referrals Coordinator will be supported by the operational guidance and leadership of the Contact and Support Team Service Manager.
