Your responsibilities
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate our Creative, Marketing, IT and e-Commerce projects. In addition to overseeing the delivery of cross-functional activity, you will need to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
- Support the Creative and e-Commerce department heads to define scope, budget and timelines for projects.
- Take ownership of project operations and lead with supervision from the Commercial Director.
- Manage incoming project requests and turn these into briefs as needed.
- Manage projects from briefing to delivery, updating and monitoring deliverables as needed.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Assign tasks as needed to the relevant team members and monitor progress.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, on time and within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular project status meetings within the Commercial function and project reviews.
- Continuously evaluate and refine internal processes to optimise workflow efficiency.

- Hands-on operational experience, managing delivery of projects and tasks.
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Incredibly organised with the ability to manage complex schedules, competing priorities and overlapping deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Action-oriented, confident presenting solutions alongside problems.
