About the Role
We’re on the lookout for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Inbound Customer Service Advisors. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers – answering queries, resolving issues, and making sure every caller receives outstanding service.
This is all about support, problem-solving, and real people skills. Whether it's tracking an order, answering product questions, or guiding customers through next steps, you’ll be the voice they trust and the help they need.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling inbound calls from customers!
- Resolving queries quickly and efficiently
- Providing a positive, professional customer experience
- Updating systems accurately during and after each call
- Working with a supportive team and having fun while doing it
Who We’re Looking For
- Clear and confident communicator
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not essential)
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism and patience
- Computer-literate and comfortable learning new systems
