The Role
We’re seeking a confident and capable HR Business Partner to join our remote team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead on employee relations cases, build strong partnerships with managers, and take ownership of HR data and reporting to drive evidence-based decisions.
We need someone who can hit the ground running, a trusted advisor who can balance the day-to-day handling of ER cases with proactive HR initiatives that strengthen our teams and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, absence, performance).
- Provide managers with clear, consistent, and compliant HR advice.
- Build strong relationships with managers to influence people decisions.
- Produce HR reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify people trends and support workforce planning.
- Contribute to training, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
- Solid experience in handling complex ER cases from start to finish.
- Strong HR data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Confident working independently in a remote environment.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
