Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, from food preparation to customer interaction, making it essential that you possess a passion for the industry and a commitment to excellence.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage catering orders and assist with event setups as required.
- Provide support during busy service periods, ensuring smooth operations within the restaurant.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling any special requests with care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and drinks.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales when necessary.
- Assist in bartending duties as required, preparing beverages in accordance with established recipes.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Previous experience in catering or food preparation is highly desirable.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Experience in bartending is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to learn is important.
- A team player who can also work independently when necessary, demonstrating initiative and reliability.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
