Experienced front of house required for our busy bistro. Working within a small team, the role involves supervising your team of staff, stock ordering, taking orders, making and serving drinks, serving food, taking bookings, cash handling, key holding. The hours will be a minimum of 18 spread over Wednesday to Saturday & includes evenings. You must be a reliable people person with oooodles of common sense & have the ability to run a small team.
A share of house tips, staff discount & food is included.
