We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere while providing outstanding service that reflects our commitment to hospitality.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take food and drink orders accurately, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and dining spaces.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in catering or food preparation is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help colleagues as needed.
