Duties

- Handle data entry tasks accurately, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
- Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are readily available.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed.
- Process payments and manage transactions using QuickBooks or similar software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience in a hospitality business and a degree in hospitality is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computer systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- A friendly disposition with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
