Requirements: Candidates must be 18 or over to be considered for this role, and must have been successful as a Fright Nights performer to apply.
As a Performance Captain, you will lead and motivate the team through daily briefings and coaching, uphold performance standards, support operational management, and collaborate closely with leadership to ensure exceptional performer delivery and guest experience including:
- Lead team briefings, daily warm-ups and team incentives
- Deliver high-quality performances within your Fright Nights offering while exemplifying the performance standards expected of the team
- Communicate any operational and performance challenges to Entertainments Duty Managers
- Assist with motivating the team day to day
- Workshop and coach performers within your offering to ensure performance standards are upheld
- Assists with operational daily management in supporting the attraction team leader
- Assist Performance Co-Ordinators with the running of rehearsals
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have a motivational and positive work ethic
- Have a flexible and adaptable mind set
- Performance experience is essential relating to your offering (e.g., dance, script acting)
- Be energetic and collaborative
- Be passionate about delivering high quality performances
- Have a people focus
- Have resilience with a solution focused response to challenging situations
- Be able to work in all weather conditions
