- Experience in Finance
- IT literate
- Reply client emails and telephone calls
- Weekly update of invoice payments
- Processing all sales invoices and statements
- Collecting outstanding monies from customer
- Weekly and monthly bank updates and monthly nominal account reconciliations
- Payroll and UTR process and completion of timesheets
- Prepare VAT information
- Advantage but not essential - Portuguese or Spanish speaker
- Typical hrs 10am to 2pm - 4hrs daily
- Candidate must considerate travelling distance to SW8 3JD
- Part time job only 4 hrs per day - flex start/ finishing time
